You save a bit more
let’s say you save $5000 which is not that
much more – BUT you put in a bit more effort to

a year, being 10% of your 40K income.
Let’s also say you own your own home worth $350,000
of which you’ve paid off $60K which means that you
are able to borrow around $30,000 of the equity in
your home to trade with…
In this scenario within 4 years you would create an
income of $127,858 pa for the rest of your life –
and if you chose not to withdraw any and just
reinvested for one more year your income would go up
to $426,335 pa…
Drop the house equity and you’d still have $257,906
pa to play with.

That's Getting pretty good But here’s where it gets
exciting!...
Projection 3:
This one's a bit mind bending but bear with me:
Let’s say you own your home outright and have
$10,000 saved which you can use to trade with...
After margin lending and paying off the interest on
your home equity loan, after 1 year you would be
$11,394 in debt!!!
Of course this debt is set against your $261,563
portfolio - But Get This!...
after the second year when the compounding really
starts to kick in – you would have created an annual
income of $2,176,456 per annum.
...and that’s only if you manage to spend every last
cent of it and don’t ever reinvest any of your
profits! Which means that in reality you
could be very well off and retired for the
rest of your life with 18 months or less!
